Through a complete instant coffee production plant on a pilot scale, we develop new products with quality, efficiency, and economic feasibility.
5S – TPM (Total Productive Management)
Implemented in 1992, this Japanese quality program eliminates material, time and labor wastes, in addition to leveraging both productivity and production quality through specific standards and procedures that strengthen the organization and discipline, helping to perform the work with pleasure, quality and safety.
